JNFD inc is proud to be an indigenous and female owned business in Fredericton NB. What started as a small booth at The Boyce Farmers Market is now a Restaurant, Bakery, Catering and food production facility all rolled into one. Our focus is on local ingredients and creating delicious breakfast and lunch options.
We are often referred to as a hidden gem and our reputation is growing for offering delicious locally sourced real food at a reasonable price. JNFDinc offers dine-in, take-out, catering as well as a private room for meetings or small gatherings. We share our indigenous culture through food and by being the first to offer Bannock mix in the Atlantic provinces. Our location features a huge mural by a Wolastoqey artist, and will soon feature indigenous art from around the province.
Since opening we have been featured in Atlantic business magazine twice, Huddle, JEDI's Blog, The Daily Gleaner and in a Documentary by AMI. We plan on making a name for ourselves in the baking mix industry as well as the gourmet hot cocoa industry by offering nut-free options free from artificial flavours, chemicals, preservatives or fillers. Eventually bringing in a stone flourmill that will allow us to further fulfill our promise of fewer ingredients All the flavour.
We want people to rethink the way we eat. We want people to know that you can still have quick and convenient all while enoying REAL food.
