The Workshop
This workshop explores a wide variety of avenues to help non-profits thrive on a long-term basis.  Participants will learn to:

  • Explore new perspectives on philanthropy, such as cause marketing and planned giving.
  • Consider the Social Enterprise business model.
  • Think about succession planning, to keep knowledge in the organization when people leave.
