This webinar will help you build your toolbox of proactive resilience skills, while learning about wellness practices, ways to identify harmful behaviours / habits, identify positive behaviours, and learn about local resources.
You will also learn how to develop skills and competencies that contribute to overall wellbeing including: self-care, sustainability pockets, and implementation plans.
