The New Brunswick Health Research Foundation and the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce are partnering to present an interactive mental health session with stress expert and HeartMath certified trainer and coach, Barb Fletcher, and Dr. Bill Cook from the Iris Centre.
In this session, your team will learn relaxation and mindfulness techniques to help them better deal with stress at work and at home.
