The Canadian Chamber of Commerce works on behalf of its members to advance a business agenda that encourages growth and promotes prosperity for businesses and families across Canada. Whether our children will have jobs and enjoy a high standard of living depends on the ability of Canadian governments and businesses to work together to improve Canada’s competitiveness. To ensure our long-term prosperity, Robert Youden, Chair of the Board of the Canadian Chamber will address Canada’s need for skilled labour, sound economic management, an efficient border with the U.S. and secure and dependable sources of energy. If our governments and businesses demonstrate the vision to capitalize on our strengths and work together to dismantle the barriers to our competitiveness, we can succeed in these uncertain times.
