B is a nationally recognized Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Specialist, facilitator, and speaker based in rural Nova Scotia. With over 20 years of experience in training and capacity building—and a background in emergency healthcare—B brings a grounded, real-world approach to every session. As the founder of Just B Consulting, B is known for creating brave, non-judgmental learning environments that are interactive, accessible, and person-centred. Their work draws on both professional expertise and lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent, transgender person with disabilities.
