2022 Chamber College: Strategic Planning 101 with Porter O'Brien Agency

This session will provide an overview of what a strategic plan is, how often it should be done, who should be involved and what are the final products that you should have when you are finished. This session will cover some of the approaches used in strategic planning, and what are important factors for creation of your values, vision and mission statements, as well as change management planning for implementation. 

Light snacks and refreshments are provided. Bring your own bagged lunch!
