2022 Chamber College: Labour Market Impact Assessment Exemptions with DeLong Immigration

Recognizing the labour shortage facing businesses the Government of Canada has implemented several variations/exemptions to the Labour Market Impact Analysis (LMIA) to expedite the process of hiring foreign workers under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.

This presentation will provide information on the various LMIA exemption Programs available to employers to expedite the process of meeting their respective staffing requirements.
