2022 Annual General Meeting In-person event

Join us for the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting where our 2022-2023 board of directors and the 2021-2022 financial statement will be presented.

Please note: All members of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce are entitled to one vote.  If you are not a member of the chamber you are not entitled to vote.

In accordance with the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce bylaws, approved by a majority vote of the membership in attendance on June 14, 2019 at our AGM, and by Innovation Science and Economic Development Canada on October 4, 2019 pursuant to the Boards of Trade Act, a special resolution of the membership is required to vote in all new members at a quarterly meeting of the members.  The second quarterly meeting of 2022 will take place at the Annual General Meeting.
